Corner weight setting uses 4 accurate scales under each wheel to measure the individual wheel loadings. On vehicles with adjustable spring platforms this is used to equalize the weight between the left and right wheels at each end of the car. This gives the best balance for braking and helps the car behave equally in left and right cornering.

| An important part of the system are the platforms between the scales to allow the car to be rolled on and off the scales to settle the suspension. To aid in settling the suspension adjustable shock absorbers are set to minimum and anti roll bars disconnected. |  |
